Project description BuildRes addresses Europe’s demographic crisis by tackling declining birth rates, which threaten the region’s economic stability. The project aims to create a supportive environment for young people considering parenthood by:
Promoting work-life balance,
Raising awareness about reproductive health,
Enhancing financial security for families,
Providing educational campaigns and digital tools to help make informed decisions.
Activities include workshops, an online resource platform, and a Europe-wide social media campaign. The goal is to shift societal attitudes and implement family-friendly policies, ensuring a sustainable future for young families. Target group
Young adults and couples in their 20s and 30s considering parenthood, as well as existing parents who need better support in balancing work, family life, and financial planning
Employers, policymakers, healthcare providers, educational institutions, and community organizations
Project results
R1: Digital Tools & Online Resources– Digital tools and an online platform to educate young Europeans on reproductive wellness and family planning.
R2: Training Course – Youth workers training modules to guide young future parents using the BuildRes tools.
