About the project:Conflict is an inevitable part of relationships and can take a negative emotional stress. It takes effort to ignore someone, be passive or aggressive, and the anger or guilt we may feel after blowing up at someone are valid negative feelings. 
The course provides an understanding of the patterns and development of conflicts through social constructionist and appreciative approach.

5 or 7 days course
1st Day - Arrival day

  • Practice listening to understand the hidden messages of a behavor
  • Welcome dinner

2nd Day
  • Analyse the impact of socioeconomic, technological and environmental trends, in a global context
  • Understanding the phases in team development and dialogue

3rd Day
  • Tools for facilitating dialogue in groups
  • Systemic coaching and development of individuals
  • Feedback, evaluation, reflection

4th Day
  • Communicate using a variety of advanced communication skills essential in schools and organisations
  • Stepping into shoes of others
  • Feedback, evaluation, reflection

5th Day
  • Identify appropriate leadership and teamwork actions for enhancing individual, group, and organizational effectiveness
  • Feedback, evaluation, reflection
  • Discover the roots of our ancient history
6th Day
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage effectively organizational issues
  • Whiteboard by the beach

7th Day
- Space for discussion of future cooperation and planning follow up activities
- Feedback, evaluation, reflection
​- Visit the archeological Park of Pafos  
- Mini Cruise in the blue clear waters of Pafos (optional)
- Water sports (optional)

Course fees: 
5 days course 400 per participant
7 days course 560 per participant
Fess are fully covered by your Erasmus+ grant.
Traveling fares, accommodation and meals are also covered by your Erasmus+ grant.
The course is open to participants without Erasmus+ grants!
 
Validation: Certificates will be given to participants with a description of the the training including a description and its length.
The competences acquired can be validated with Europass Mobility Certificate.

Accommodation and meals
Participants take care of booking their hotel. CCIF Cyprus will suggest some hotels with prices.
