The course builds an inclusive practice through sharing knowledge and reflection among teachers, trainers, psychologists and managers. Upon completion of the course, participants will use reflective instruments to develop learning strategies, techniques and resources through a range of practical activities, case studies and hands on activities, aiming at enhancing participation, learning and achievement for all students in sustainable educational environments.
Methodology and assessment:
The methodology includes practical training, exercises, role-playing, cooperative work, various activities and discussions. The content is based on "learning by doing” combined with “reflection upon action”.
The course focuses on including all learners in a diverse school community. It provides additional resources and ideas to implement inclusive education strategies and practices. Inclusive education is seen as a process of strengthening the capacity of an educational system to reach out to all learners in the community.
The course has a holistic approach: - Practical experience in different educational settings, digital education methods and tools; - Reflection on the development of priorities and planning interventions to support diversity (e.g. curricula adaptations, design of differentiated lessons); - Transfer in own realities and share of best practices in working with students through digital resources. 5 or 7 Days COURSE 1st Day - Arrival day - Welcome Event and ice-breaking-take a step ahead/Fun game - How to benefit from Social Media in teaching and learning Discussion pros-cons - Welcome dinner

6th Day - Develop innovative common practices - Whiteboard by the beach, digital communication - Discover the roots of our ancient history
7th Day - Space for discussion of future cooperation and planning follow up activities - Feedback, evaluation, reflection - Visit the archeological Park of Pafos - Mini Cruise in the blue clear waters of Pafos (optional) - Water sports (optional)
Coursefees: 5 days course 400 Euro per participant 7 days course 560 Euro per participant Course fees are fully covered by your Erasmus+ grant. Traveling fares, accommodation and meals are also covered by your Erasmus+ grant. The courses are also open to participants without Erasmus+ grant. Validation: Certificates will be given to participants with a description of the the training including a description and its length.
