TrainyFly Creates Unique Style Training and
Show it Off to Adult Learners
Project:
TrainyFly creates and promotes learning opportunities among all citizens and generations via introducing an online
learning platform, where courses aimed at increasing digital skills will be available. Special benefit will be the psychological
support and professional guidance provided for the target group members - in order to motivate their further development
and growth, and better integration into labour market.
Objectives:
- Create and promote high level content learning opportunities for adults citizens and generation;
- Improve availability of high quality online learning courses for adults;
- Development of training courses delivered in digital format. Pilot group participants from different target groups will test the courses and will recommend the necessary improvements;
- Digital content, technologies and practices - digital transformation, the courses designed will continue and develop the trend with new learning insights;
- Create new, joint curricula of courses, the number of persons involved in the courses and higher education programmes
is high, yet, according the statistics, the drop-out rate in these programmes exceeds 30%.
There are limited possibilities for the target audience set in the project;
- people with fewer opportunities (education below the secondary school);
- long-term unemployed persons;
- people with disabilities and refugees from Ukraine;
- teachers will improve their understanding of online methods and tools and ability to develop learners' competencies, utilizing the TrainyFly platform.
Results:
- TrainyFly online learning platform offers courses in friendly format like short videos accompanied with learning materials and tests for self-evaluation. Platform offers 10+ fully prepared courses in digital skills. The main audience are people with fewer opportunities in terms of education. TrainyFly courses also enrich the capacity of people who have lost their jobs, students and recent graduates. Each course duration is from 60 to 160 hours. Courses ensure more efficient exploitation of digital knowledge, applied to the world of work. The learners will be provided with career consultation, including tests for deeper understanding of their personalities. Learners have also the option of being offered an internship from 1 - 3 months after finishing the course.
- TrainyFly project will prepare 12+ trained persons who can manage the TrainyFly platform and create courses for it. Project serves also employers who are ready to offer internships.
